SO MUCH FOR "BENDING BACKWARDS"

I reported an accident, although late, to Outsurance. Firstly I do not believe the accident to be entirely my fault but they saw fit to deem it so. I got the claim number etc, good service so far. Was very pleased. Well that was until I started getting pestered by the other parties lawyer. Due to the late claim Outsurance expect me to pay back the outbonus received between the accident and payment. So I advise them to contact my husband as the car I was driving is in his name. They dont, they ignore the now over a month claim and hope that it goes away and I am still being hunted down by the lawyers. I call last week (5 March 2013) for assistance, I get told they would call me back - NO call. I call today (11 March) and they transfer me between 5 people and when I finally demand to talk to a supervisor/manager THEY REFUSE to put me through.
Outsurance must have spent a fortune on their new advertising "we bend backwards for our customers"! Well guess what - YOU DONT!!!
I am officially going to cancel everything I have with Outsurance after 15 years.
