I reported an incident on March the 14th, They told me that the tow truck would be there at 12pm. The tow truck only came round about 4-5pm. In the intrim I spoke to 4-5 different people who told me 4-5 different things. The tow truck eventually came at about 4-5pm. A lady by the name of Magda called me and advised me that she would be my claims consultant. She didn't give any type of relevant information as to what was going on. She asked me to go do quotes, which I did the day very next day which was the 15th March. I sent her the quotes. When I called her on a recorded line, that was the time she checked if she has received my email. She didn't seem to know what my query was about and she was not certain if my car had been towed. She then advised me that she would pass my claim to someone else. was appalled by the poor service. She did not follow up, I had to call all the time. Everytime I calld I spoke to someone different. I don't understand how it would take 3 weeks to replace tyres and rims when I've been paying every month with no fail. Virgin money has failed me and I am inconvenieced by their service because I have been without a car by over 2 weekks.
