Outsurance
Bend over backwards to avoid being responsible

Business & Finance

In a nutshell: My neighbour hired a tree felling company, who damaged my electric fence whilst cutting branches. Outsurance advised me that I should lodge a claim to have an assessor estimate the damage and then refer the assessment to the tree fellers insurer. This was all done. But Outsurance neglected to send me the assessment details sighting that repair cost was below my excess. FORGETTIING that this is a 3rd [arty claim. Then I was advised by Outsurance Legal that they would track down the insurer and have them pay. When I informed them that they were the insurer for the tree felling business, then all of a sudden NO_ONE!! can assist me. For me it is a simple matter you insure him, you insure me. You pay me and deduct from him. Now a week later, I am stuck with no working electric fence, a serious phone bill from talking to countless people at Outsurance, an inbox filled with empty promises and sleep deprivation from worrying if my family is safe at night. Thank you Outsurance for bending over backwards, to avoid taking responsibility. Follow me on twitter@ Wesley_ekman for my further comments.
