Live up to their Advertising Promise!

After the constant radio ads about the ease of switching to FNB, and considering my lack of satisfaction with my current bank, I decided to put FNB to the test and to see if it really was as simple as they made out to be. WOW! Not only did I manage to open an account in less than 10 minutes, but the banking staff were incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Nice to be reminded that good service does still exist! I thought it only fair to use this forum to not only vent about bad service, but to rave about excellent customer service too - and FNB has exceeded my expectations so far. The follow up has been terrific - and I cannot wait to begin banking with them!
