E wallet Zim???

FNB promises to deliver money to Zimbabwe from South Africa using ewallet. The product is missleading and from my experinces staff doesn't know about this product. My first use of this product has left me in more difficulties than solutions to my sending money home which can be easily done by other institutions.

1- the person has to travel to a specific town to collect the money (this should have been clearly stated before the transaction)
2- that transaction cannot be reversed
3- i have incurred costs for somethin that doesnt help me

I think that e wallet service should be specifically labelled. It should not be send money to Zimbabwe, but it should be send money to Harare or Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. i am saddened and i feel robbed
