FNB SEND MONEY TO ZIMBABWE

Good Day,

FNB launched the send money to zimbabwe product which they have been advertising so much as well. I decided to use this service last week and up to now the recipient hasnt been able to access the funds from OK first street. My mother had to go there 3 times and they always say the system is down, u have to wait until we are online. People have to wait outside waiting for the system to become 'online', whatever that means. We do send these funds because of urgent needs now for someone to have to go to town for 3 days trying to access money is just not good. Its the last i will use of this service, rather stick to the old ways but dont make it seem so easy when u advertise because its not as smooth as its made to seem.
