Advertising products you don't have

I went to FNB today to send money to Zimbabwe. FNB has advertised that it had a product that allows FNB customers in South Africa can send money to people in Zimbabwe and the recipients can collect the funds at any OK store in Zimbabwe. Well, the tellers said they didn't know of any such product. So why advertise and launch a product and not train the employees.By the way my mom urgently needed the money to take my granddad to the hospital!
