No one attending to my accident report

I had an accident yesterday morning, where someone bumped into my vehicle.
He acknowledged his error, we tried contacting my insurance to remedy the situation.
this was yesterday, 26th march at 9am.
Up until NOW my so called insurer has not contacted me.
I phoned them and waited on the line for a long time. So I then decided to sms and email. an automated response said someone would get back to me and it didn't happen.
I phoned today after holding for a long period a gentleman who's name is Luzuko said they are busy and I should leave a message I will be contacted in a day. I told him my incident happened more than a day ago and no one had phoned me. he then told me that I would wait for a long time. so I said its fine, I thought he was transferring me only to have a dead phone in my ear. he had dropped it.

I am not sure what to do cos I have emailed Twice, phoned and smsed. still no assistance
