Turn Around Times are Ridiculous

I went to the ATM in Eloff Str. Jhb to withdraw money on Friday, 22/03/13 and the ATM cancelled my transaction giving me an error message of "Communication timed out". I then went to the next ATM, only to find out that the money was deducted but nothing dispensed from the ATM and they deducted the money from my account. I was told by a security to go to Carlton Centre. After waiting 2 hours for them to assist, as the queues were extremely long, I was told that their Turn Around Time is 9 business days. But they will get back to me. I called today 27/03/13, only to be told that my query should be sorted by the 09/03/2013. I mean really now, what an inconvenience. I didn't't ask for their machines to be faulty. I really expected to have it sorted out immediately. This is just not on!!! Why should I have to be inconvenienced? I don't have 9 business days to wait, considering all these holidays.
