About 2 months ago I received a call from a sales agent offering me a discovery card, and we concluded the application which was later approved and then suddenly declined. I inquired relentlessly but was sent from pillar to post until i submitted another application. It was upon submitting this application when I was informed by Justin van Buuren that the application had been declined due to a listing on SAFPS and that I should contact them to get a certificate indicating that my name had been removed. I contacted SAFPS and got through to Phumzile who told me that they dont issue such certificates if I am no longer listed on their system. I then replied to the same email from Justin to say that SAFPS could not assist me with a certificate. I didn't receive a response. Contacted discovery again to find out what I needed to do in order to have the application processed and Tumelo informed me that Justin had been busy with my application and all that was needed was to issue another quotation & he'll email it. Nothing came through. i called again and the lady confirmed everything & said she will call but never did. Due to this kind of service, I will gladly cancel my life policy!!!
