EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

RCS has the WORST customer service levels!
I have been receiving SMS's to apply for an RCS card and never really thought anything of it. When I found out all the places that accept the RCS card and after receiving a phone call from RCS offering to assist me with a telephonic application, I decided "OK, lets do it"
I then proceeded to apply online which was very quick and simple to do. Once completed I received an email stating that my application had gone for processing and at the bottom of the email was my application number. In the email it stated that I would be contacted within 48 hours...
My application was processed 10 DAYS ago and I am yet to be contacted. So this morning I decided to call RCS to find out about my application only to find out that it had been declined. What happened to being contacted within 48 hours whether or not my application was successful?
It would seem that since I am not getting a card I don't need to be informed...
Further to this, when I had explained to the person whose name I cannot remember being mentioned, it was as if he didn't know what to say to me - proof that RCS does not have very good customer service!
