Discovery Card new Customer Service is pathetic

I applied for a Discovery Credit Card through their Call Center, after their Website application stopped working, half way through the application process. I completed the applicaton process with the Call Center Agent only to be told that there was some sort of system issue and that they would only be able to email the required document list in a day or two.
So waited 3 days for a response, got none and phoned again to find out what was happening.
Was told they were still waiting for a response from FNB re the technical issue and said they would follow it up but I would definitely have my documents within the next two days. Waited two days and gues what. No response.
Phoned again and after going through the same story again spoke to the supervisor. Promised she would follow up. Got an email from the supervisor saying she had not received feedback from FNB but she would get back to me about a resolution. At this time I suggest simply cancelling the application and reapplying. Supervisor said she would also look into this suggestion and get back to me. Waited 6 days and guess what. No Response.
This has been ongoing on for four weeks with no resolution.
