Discovery Card
Bad service, no feedback and no processing of appl

I made an application for a Discovery card and was informed that I needed to send documents as it had to go for manual processing. i did send all docs as required and was confirmed to that they received them. I have waited for over two months, made several calls to get feedback regrading my application for a discovery card. Up to date, since Nov 2012 I dont know what is happening with my application, Please assist.
