Early deduction - UNACCEPTABLE

Yesterday my account was debited without my knowledge. I have a personal loan with Nedbank and on my contract it CLEARLY states that the debit order should go off on the 26th of every month.

I called customer service and they said that they would refund my money by tomorrow morning (24th). This to me is UNACCEPTABLE as I did not give them my permission to debit my account and I did not receive any notification or warning that they would do this.

I see that the same happened to other customers as well and that Nedbank is not even responding. This is PATHETIC. I want my money back TODAY or I am going to close my account. I also want an explanation or I will take this matter further. I only get paid next week and I now have NO money in my account. In fact... My account went into a negative status. I want this problem rectified WITHOUT any cost to me. I WILL NOT PAY ANY BANK COSTS!!!

This has not been the first time that I hace received bad service from Nedbank. I am SICK AND TIRED OF NEDBANK. Absolutely USELESS!!! I want answers and I want it NOW!!!
