I received and sms from nedbank telling me that my account was overdrawn, i went online to check my account and saw that two amounts from topshop and exclusive books were only taken out of my account a week after my purchases and that nedbank has charged me twice with an HonFee! this is unacceptable as i had money in my account for these purchases at the time and now my account is in a negative! i have always been and loyal nedbank customer and have only ever banked with nedbank! if i do not receive a full refund then i will most definitely be moving to another bank! UNACCEPTABLE!
