Delayed payment of cash back

I travelled to Mauritius with World Leisure at the start of January and have still received any cashback. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told that payment would be made within a week - and I am still waiting. This is a substantial amount of money for me and find it unacceptable to have to wait this long. Its great to incentivize people to travel with a particular company based on cash back - but then it would be nice to get the cash..
