I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother Nawaal Bayat. This is the second month that you people chose to debit my account before the time. I signed a debit order for the 25th of each month and not when you feel the need to debit. I think this is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Today, I contacted your offices and had to speak to 3 different consultants, the first person just ended the call, the second one put me through to the wrong department and third was going to do the same but I had enough and refused to be put through yet again. What gives you the right to just debit me???!!! That money belongs to me and it put me in a situation today whereby I had to pay someone; only to find out, there is no money in my account. I want this to stop and only to be debited on my signing date! Also, when I asked for my money to be reversed back, the lady said I will only get it back by Sunday (spoke to Gotse) - BY THIS TIME IT WILL BE TOO LATE! Sort your issues out and start acting professional.
