Debtbusters
Overcharged for 2&1/2 years

Every month Debtbusters debit my account for R342 for fees.. In june& and July of 2012 they charged me R216 for"legal fees" when I inquired I was eventually told it was an error. I was then told that my monthly fees are 5.7% of my payment.. That would make R216 a month. But the consumer act says they can only charge 5%. So they have been charging me 9 % per month, as i pay R3800. I have been trying or months to get this sorted out. I get the run around. I pay money to Hyphen R165 every month then another R342 to Debtbusters, when 5% is only R190. They say they charge 5.7% of your payment as fees, firstly the consumer act says they can only charge5% and secondly they have been charging me 9%!
