Incredibly poor and inept service

Need to change fleet card limit. Went to branch who informs me the CAN NOT help, I need to call the cards division. I get home and call the help desk. After being asked to entergive my card number and details 4 times, and being transferred every time, I eventually get to another call center agent. Beside an irritatingly snide attitude when I tell her I am getting irritated by spending 10 minutes being passed from one to another agent with no explanation, she then proceed to ask me questions for security. Besides having updated my details with Ned-bank numerous times, my postal and work details is nearly 10 years old and have been not updated on the questions sheet. Agent seemed to enjoy this! Informed me I now have to go back to the branch to validate who I am. Nedbank makes it impossible and client services have now gotten to a new low even for them. Time to move on after 15 years of banking with them. Shocking. My vote for worst company of the year based on client service.
