Pathetic Service!!!

As a long standing client of Nedbank i recently changed banks due to the pathetic service i generally receive from Nedbank. I then contacted the call centre to change by debit order information over to the new bank account and was told by a call centre agent who was absolutley rude that i cannot change my banking details as the debit orders for December would run off on the 13/12/2013 and that i was notified about this via sms which was totally incorrect. After being put through to a supervisor who assisted me and agreed that i could change the banking details and that my debit orders will run of on the 24th instead, i was transferred back to the call centre agent who assured me that 3 debit order details had been changed over to the new account. To my disappointment on Christmas morning i checked my new account to see that 2 of the debit orders did not run of my new account. I had to then transfer the funds into the Nedbank account which was extremley frustrating. I contacted the call centre this morning (27/12/2013) to find out whats going on and was told that the accounts had not been updated and that i wud be liable for penalties!!! Pathetic!!
