I got a new cell phone number and went into the branch to change my details. I requested them to change my number and delete all my old numbers as I have had an issue before where they have updated my details only to go back to the old ones. They updated my details and ensured me notifications would not go to my old number, the change worked for a couple of days but when I went to do my Internet banking to day, I received no notifications and could not create a new beneficiary. I called the call centre only to be told that they my details had switched back to my old number. Beside the inconvenience of not being able to do my banking there is also a security risk as I am not receiving notifications on my correct number. Unfortunately this has happened too often and every time I need to go into the branch which means I need to take time off work.

I am now serious thinking about changing banks.
