AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN- no response

I sent a secure message to increase my EFT limit on Tuesday 11/06/2013. It is Friday, and still no response. This is now my third Hello Peter Complaint regarding this in as many months or less. Are all your staff member so busy sorting out complaints that no-one acomplishes actual work these days? The promise to contact customers within 24 hours is a joke, and a smack n the face of your loyal customers. (Not once in the past 6 months has SB contacted me within 24h. 48h, maybe, 72h more likely, not at all, guaranteed) I have been with Standard Bank only a couple of years, and changed on the recomendation of my wife who has had an account with you for twenty odd years. Both of us are starting to regret this decision. I would love to pay a wonderfull service provider who had no hesitation in helping me immediately in an emergency, but thanks to a VERY Standard Bank, he is still waiting. Sent another secure message today... Maybe this one will be responded to.
