On the 11 Feb I was involved in a tragic accident. This was a very traumatic experience for me.

I informed Miway. Reinard was appointed to assist me. His customer service was excellent.

My claim was then handed over to Michelle Klopper, Miway Senior Assessor.

With all my injuries and Trauma Michelle took full control of my claim. Her level of service was excellent.

Michelle took my situation personally and she is a pleasure to liaise with.

Michelle and Reinard treasted me with utmost respect and dignity considering my situation.

My Audi A4 was only 2 weeks old. It is a write off. Miway has covered all costs.

This is such a big relief considering my car was only insured for 2 weeks.
