I was involved in a motor accident, the guilty party is insured with Outsurance and i am also a Outsurance client. Knowing this is thought my claim will be settled in a swift professional manner. - Wow! how wrong i was..

The worst passing of the buck and delayed tactics i have ever come across. I instructed a layer to summons the guilty party also a Outsurance client and she can deal with the consequences of outsurance delayed tactics

I have in the meantime cancelled my insurance, if they cant even handle a claim between two Outsurance customers...
