NO alarms in a country of crime!

We lodged an insiurance claim, they sent out the assessors and guess what? We still do not have alarms and it has been more than a month ago. The contractors which they sent out to do the work, couldn't and now they are also not paying out the quotes form other contractors so that we can fix it ourselves. We have to do the follow up work with the bank and they are really just not giving support. In a country like this I would've thought that they will unelderstand the necessity of alarms for my security and that of my family. I am really dissapointed!!!
