No urgency regarding third party claim

On the 21/06/2013 i was in a car accident with an outsurance client. After communicating with several people i sent the neccesary documentation. i was shocked to see that it is the third party's responsability to follow up on every step of the process. then suddenly the documents i sent was not good enough. the staff taking messages are rude and slow. the Guy handling my entire claim takes his time on every thing and never gets back to me. i actually considered moving insurance to outsurance but this whole issue opened my eyes.i am now waiting for the funds to be paid into my account. more than a month after the accident actually happend. this is shocking.
