Operator Clueless - Unhelpful

Facebook just posted that we must call 0860 123 000 to have our statements emailed to us and not posted as they will be charging R9 per statement. I called in and I told the operator that I want to cancel my statements that are being posted to me as I am receiving both posted and emailed statements. This is her response, "I can't do it here on the system. You must go into a branch and do it there." My reply, "What is the difference between the branches system and yours? And why must a prestige client go into a branch to do something as silly as that? " her reply was, "Because it's better to do it person to person as anyone can phone in and ask to change information." My reply, "Oh what a load of! People make loans over the telephone everyday just by completing a simple security check consisting of multiple personal questions! " Before she continued to annoy me I dropped the call. Now - you, Standard Bank, will call me and rectify this situation. I refuse to go to a branch to stop statements being posted when they are ALREADY being emailed to me.
