I have complained about being billed for posted statements numerous times. All I want is to receive electronic statements for my cheque account but ABSA is unable to do this. I got charged again on 1 Feb for posted statements (I haven't even received any posted statements for about a year now). After 2 Hello Peter complaints since Dec 2012 I am shocked that this is still not fixed. To me this is unlawful as I am being charged for something I never agreed to and continually express that I want it stopped. I have called ABSA to resolve this every single month for at least a year now. I can't think of anything else to do to stop being charged for posted statements, I want a refund as the service was not even delivered. Please at least have the courtesy to inform me that you are unable to change this so that I can decide whether or not to change banks. This is totally unacceptable.
