I posted a previous report about not receiveing my statements. I got a generic "we will ge someone to contact you". I received an email from Zeenath Hassen advising me that it is not their system at fault, and her IT department and team managment are satisfied that the fault all on my side. I emailed her back to say that I am not satisfied with that reply. I get spammed by Standard Bank via email all the time, but I STILL DO NOT GET STATEMENTS! I heard nothing in response. I have since emailed her 3 times and have not had the common courtesy of a reply. Never mind a solution to my problem. I am still in exactly the same situation as before. I explained to her that I pay for a monthly service that includes delivery of my account statements. I am entitled to receive them. I want them. I need them. I request that my complaint be escalated to someone who can sort it out. I have been with Standard Bank for 28 years - but I will not hesitate to change my account to FNB if this problem is not sorted out by the end of January. Standard Bank - pull up your pants! your service to your clients is appalling!
