Posted Statements!

I cannot believe that a posted statement has just arrived in the mail! Where did I sign to receive a posted statement? The level of incompetence is nauseating! I have never ever asked for posted statements because my email works just fine! I do not want my personal stuff to be seen by everybody that has access to the post box but obviously nobody cares about that on your side as long as you send the statement! I dont ever want to receive a posted statement Ever! Change it back to email and fire whichever incompetent person changed it to post!! Theres a reason why we choose email!
