None Receipt of Statements

I have received no bank statements since January, in October I sent emails in this regard and received a reply with an apology and the assurance that the matter was sorted out. No postal statement received for October so I again emailed Standard Bank in November and received a reply with just a statement attached, no explanation. I went to the Klerksdorp branch and my details were checked and found in order. No statement for November was received and to increase the frustration my card statement was now also not received. I emailed Standard bank again and I went to the Kleksdorp branch to ensure all my details were correct. The representative even contacted the card division by telephone in my presence to log the problem and check details. We are now at the end of December and the situation remains unchanged. I have informed Standard bank that I intend passing the matter onto "hello peter' in the hope that they will be able to exert some pressure to get the matter sorted. I have been a client of Standard Bank for over 40 years and now to be treated in this manner is totally unacceptable, the "Prestige" account certainly dose not deserve its name.
