The service in the insurance claims department is absolutely atrocious.

I was involved in a car accident on the 12th of March at 20:54. I called the FNB Insurance Brokers Call Centre to issue a claim on the 13th of March at 9:00 and I was told that someone would call me back regarding my claim.
No-one contacted me by 14:30 in that day so I called again. My details were captured and I was again told that someone would be contacting me. It is now 14:38 on the 14th of March and still no one has contacted me. I am now trying to get hold of the claims department supervisor (Gabriel Thabane) and have been holding on the line for the past 20mins and counting.

This is without doubt the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I am utterly disgusted.

Please could you provide some sort of resolution to this matter as it is now totally out of hand and bordering on ludicrous.
