FNB BROKERS REFUSES TO PROVIDE FB ON RECORDINGS

I recently had a terrible experience with FNB insurance brokers and wrote a report a few days ago. i had to call hollard directly to sort out the payment and was assisted in 2 days (well done hollard) an issue that got sorted out by me (the client) in 2 days took FNB insurance brokers (my brokers) 3 weeks and counting to sort out. i have been to on the recordings that i dont have an excess and my premium is xxxx amount and asked for feedback on the recordings and i am still waiting. everytime i ask i am told that they will get back to me or i must come in to their offices. This goes against the FAIS act and i urge people to stay away from FNB insurance brokers especially from Faradiba Benjamin (the dishonest sales consultant), Cindy Borrageiro (the lady who captured incorrect banking details resulting in premiums not debited even though i gave the correct acc num), Alistair Cameron (the guy that never called back to follow up on whether my claim was paid and whether or not i got feedback on the recordings). you guys should not be allowed to sell ice cream let alone insurance.i will be posting my story on other social media please be on the lookout for that. I wont stop until i get FB!
