Bad service and incompetent call centre

I logged a claim to FNB on 13 March claim via their call centre on the 13 March 2013 and I was told my claim has been logged and FNB will assign someone to my claim. A week after I had logged my claim I called the call centre numerous times, to check on the status of my claim with no success. I finally received an sms on the 26 March 2013 stating that my claim has been registered and assigned to one of their staff members, who has not been helpful at all. She does not respond to emails and never answers calls. I have called the call centre to check on the status of my claim with no success, its either I am put on hold or I am being transferred from one department to the next. This is highly unacceptable customer service from FNB. I am really disappointed at the level of customer service at FNB.
