After paying excess on a claim. I have been waited for a call and confirmation on what the next process as far as my claim is concerned. Not sure if maybe the department is under stuffed or what but there is no feedback or transparency. every time i needed something i was told only Markus deals with that eventually i came right and submitted claim. I am know trying to contact the claims department but they keep hanging up on me every time i choose option 3 on their claims help line. This is very frustrated I am disappointed as the FNB slogan is "How can we help you" I have not got any help. I hate complaining but i feel i should warn people that they should not expect professional feedback in the claims side as far as insurance on smart phones.
