I don't know whats happening with my claim

My car was in an accident on the 03/03/13 and it was towed away the same day; I called in the next day to give the case number. The consultant last contacted my son on the 07/03/13 to hear from him what happened; my son was then told by this consultant that I will be contacted to be given an update. To this day no one has called to
update me. I don't know if the car has been assessed or not, I don't even know who my claim consultant is! This has been a traumatic experience in our family and you guys are not making it easy for me!
