I had an incident on 2 june 2013, submitted a claim on 3 june 2013. I received an sms notifying me who will be handling my queries. But till today, 18/06/2013, 15 days later, my claims consultant has never called me. I had to call her for arrangement of the courtesy car on 04/06/2013, and that was the last i spoke to her. Never got an update on whats happening with my claim?? If its been assessed? If its approved?? I wonder if she knows at which panelbeater my car is? And this is not the first time, i had an accident in december 2011, and this is the same level of service i got then. I complained abt her then, but clearly nothing is done about our complaints. Everytime Santam provides service, there's always something to complain about. Is that how things should be???
