I wouldn't recommend First For Women to anyone!

I got into an accident due to the fact that I was being hijacked. My vehicle was towed immediately. They refused to pay out a 3rd party claim quoting an insurance law/provision that, upon consultation with a lawyer, I found does not exist! This is just one of the excuses used to delay processing of my claim.
For 2 weeks I've been told that they were finalising my claim. In the 3rd week, I was informed that they would settle my claim and that my vehicle was being delivered to the panelbeater for repairs. I was promised updates on a weekly basis but received none. In the 4th week, I contacted the panelbeater and was told that my vehicle only arrived in the 4th week. When I enquired with my insurer I was told that they were too busy to update me on my claim and repairs. This whole experience has been such an inconvenience and has resulted in me cancelling the policy. I've been treated like a second rate citizen who has never paid the premiums!

The only good thing about First For Women is affordability but their service is below standard and they are full of excuses and bad service and poor attitude. I would never recommend First For Women to any of my loved ones!
