I am very annoyed with FFW at this point in time. I was involved in a car accident on 25 September 2013 and I submitted a claim with FFW. The consultant that was helping me with my claim assured me that it takes 3 to 4 working days to finalise the report and that she will keep me updated every step of the way. However, it has been 3 weeks already and I have no idea what is happening in terms of their investigations. In the past 3 weeks FFW has not made the efforts to contact me and provide me with feedback. Instead I have been calling constantly but everytime I call their claims department I get the same story, "Your claim has been escalated to a senior consultant and he is still busy with it". What frustrates me is their lack of professionalism and failure to communicate with me as they promised on the day of the claim. This is my first accident and claim period, it's frustrating just sitting around and waiting to hear something from your insurance for 3 weeks.
