Expected to wait 2mnths for car repai

Put in a claim on 5/2/2013 after car was damaged. Waited a week before I was contacted to arrange assessment after repeatedly being told the claim was still under process. Eventually car was assessed after chasing it up & I was told I'd be contacted within 3working days to arrange a day for the panel repairs. Waited 5 days l. I called them again on & was told by consultant, the reason for the delay was cos the insurance co. was unable to contact the police station where the case was filed. Then I demanded to speak to a mngr. Within minutes somehow they were able to contact the panel beaters to arrange a day for me for the repair of my car. The Head office of AutoMagic, Benoni then contacted me & I was told again that I would be hearing from them within 24hrs to set up a date and time to bring in my car. 2 days later now 21/02/2013, no one had called. So I called AutoM. myself and I was told that there were no slots available & would have to wait until the 25 March. No effort was made to make another arrangement. So this would basically mean that I am now without a car for 2mnths. 1st for women not making any real effort to fix this unacceptable expectation.
