MTN's misleading insurence cover!

I dont understand how MTN cover works-i took up a contract with them, then was offerd an insurance policy for the handset which i took. a few months later, i want to put in a claim and surprise, surprise-they dont do good on their promise. apparently "the bank denied them access into my bank acc" (how if i signed a debit order agreement??). i was then sent from pillar to post, told to chase after 24hour mobility myself (still not sure how they fit into the picture) only eventually pay for the handset out of my pocket. im so irritated by all this-i had to spend THREE months without my phone!!! and paying money for a handset which i was told i was covered for-what type of micky mouse business is MTN running here???
