24HR MOBILITY DOES NOT CANCEL INSURANCE

I cancelled my cellphone insurance with 24hour mobility on 27March 2013 with Belencia at 1429. She assured me that the last debit will be end of April but up to now i am still being debited. I have tried to call them but they keep on debiting me. Yesterday i spoke to Roxanne and she said i must call the underwriters myself. I then told her that she is suppose to help me and she promised to call me back which she did not. I had to call end of day and she said she has now cancelled. My problem is my bank was charging me a debit fee for R13 for 7 months each time they take my R54. So i want my R13x7 R54x7 =R469. No negotiation please.
