I have had insurance with 24hour mobility for 18 months, when purchasing insurance no documents were handed over to explain terms and conditions, as a result I thought I was insured by the service provider. When I lost my phone I lodged a claim on the 1st of march and got a response on the 4th, the response advised that I had 48hours to report the incident and the time frame had passed. I was then advised to write motivation as to why the incident had been reported late, of which I did. From the time I submitted the motivation there was no responses to emails I sent requesting updates.2 premiums were deducted while I waited for a response.6 weeks later after making countless calls I got my claimed declined.
The service has been pathetic, no response to say we are looking into it or anything. I know who not to insure with in future!
