I recently used Groupon for the first time. I should have had a look on Hello Peter before doing so. What a disaapointment. All goes well until payment is made. Your account on Groupon shows the payment and that is where it all end. After submitting a mail request for them to contact me, I eventually contacted them to find out what is going on. The most used line to get the client to calm down and buy the company more time have been used: You will have your vouchers by the end of business or a mail explaining that the 2 computers were not linked. 2 days later, still nothing received!!! No call - number sent in mail to them AND NO MAILS. What is bother me is that some of my clients are using this site to advertise their products, as well as the company that employees me. Is this the norm? is this just how it is? Shouldn't you proved exceptional customer service?? Or do you just don't care after you get your money? Hopefully this would get response, if not, hopefully other people read this and will think twice before using your site. CONTACT ME BEFORE END OF BUSINESS ON 7/3/13 OR REFUND MY MONEY. I was patient, and spoke politely. Now you just taking me for a ride
