Bluebean and standard bank ATM our money

We went to a standard bank ATM at The Glen shopping Mall yesterday around 14:00. After putting the card on the machine we did requested a balance transaction then did a withdrawal. After completing the withdrawal now waiting for money to come out we got a an error that "we cannont process your request due to a technical problem, please try again later". When we tried the next machine and tried to withdraw the money the machine showed that the money had gone through. We went inside the bank to inquiries and they logged a complaint and said that Bluebean will contact us. After waiting a couple of hours with no one contacting us we called Bluebean and was told that we should wait for 24hrs and the money will be reversed back into our account. We just went to check at the ATM and still the money has not been reversed. We are worried about our money disappearing from the ATM and Bluebean not contacting us. We view this as urgent and they clearly are not.
