No feedback from Sales Dept

I received a text message about a promotion that is currently on at FNB for 2gigs of data for R99 per month. I wanted to take this as an add-on to my tablet which I have with FNB, but I have been calling and leaving messages and I'm promised that someone will call me back from data sales but it's been over 2 weeks now. I've called more than two times and in all those times, the best the consultants could do was to take my contact details which never get used - because no one calls me back. One consultant promised that she'd make sure that someone would call me that same day but no one has. The only thing I keep hearing is that, that department doesn't having a call-in line, they can only call-out (whatever that means)... The truth is, having no feedback and having my time and airtime wasted everytime I make these calls that end up in futility.

Can someone call me and let me buy data from FNB? - I'm not interested in someone who is going to respond to this and to me with an auto-message of how someone will get back to me in 24hrs...
I don't want to be responded to in 48 hours, I need data
