Data bought, not given. *111# not working

Yesterday morning I purchased airtime in order to buy data for my phone. "An error occured" message popped up, and i purchased airtime once more, in order to purchase the data again. Same error message. I therefore purchased x2 promotional data bundles. I tried checking on the ussd *111#, to no avail. I called in to the call centre and was promised a callback at 12h15. 12h15 went by and the callback never came, I called for a 2nd time. I was told this will be escallated and I would receive an sms. No sms was received and i called a 3rd time at 18h15. i request to speak to a senior, and surprise surprise no senior was availible. The consultant Jamie did try her best to assist me and I received a sms for the referance. At the time (12 hours after the original request) I no longer needed the data, and requested my money to be credited. Today, 24 hours later... still no feedback, no credit and no data. Very Bad service indeed. Hope i get feedback ASAP
