Charged for data but none recieved

Me and my mother have phoned customer support 3 times now and I have spoken to Refiile, Crystal and Kersha. other then one of them laugh at my mother I have gotten very little help.

what happened was I bought data and I got a message saying an error has occurred so I tried again and got the same message, then when I checked my airtime I saw the money was deducted from my account yet I have no data. in the two times I phoned I got told that I need to wait 24 to 48 business hours for back office to look at it. when I asked if they can add data to the account and deduct it once the problem is fixed they said no.
It took me 3 calls for Vodacom to tell me that the data I am using will not be deducted from my airtime.
it is also rubbish that I need to give the phone to my mother every time I want to rectify a problem I work and am not always with her to hand her the phone.
I am also waiting for the sms I was promised 11 hours ago with my reference number.

Due to your terrible service you will be losing a customer that has been with you for 15 years and will not be receiving business from myself either.
