Unacceptable after-sales service at Autopage JBay

After upgrading my data and free minutes from previous contract was not carried over to new contract as promised. According to sales man Autopage head office forgot to load the 100MB data and therefore my free minutes (100 from new contract 1000 from old contract) and data (1000MB from old contract) was used as data - although I only used 100MB since I upgraded. I received the 100MB data today, but it is unacceptable that I lost the 1100 free minutes and 1000MB data. No response from sales man after he promised to phone me back, even after leaving a second message to phone me back.
