I am very impressed by the service delivery of the above mentioned broker, I joined Old Mutual's insurance not too long back probable just in my second month now, but I had a incident with my cellphone accidental damage and Mr. Connely assisted beyond his duty I was out of town on business and he dealt with my claims, he personally fetched the damaged fone at my premises and dealt with things as I was unable to do this due to the fact of being in remote locations, he got things sorted and I have just replaced my fone. In business you tend to see brokers making the world of promises but witnessing them following through with promises made is like hunting for a unicorn. And to see a young man so energetic and customer friendly willing to go out of his way in helping a client to the best of his ability is a total game changer for me, makes me look forward to recommending such a person to friends, family and colleagues or just anybody that i hear of that needs a policy or insurance, he truly is an assist to your organisation.
